Lawn Care Tips for the Active Homeowner
New TN home, new sod, but BAD DIRT. Very little red clay topsoil on top of dense yellow clay. Wished I could have been here to fix it in the beginning but I was living in WA while the work was being done ... BUMMER! Now I have to fix it from the Top Down.
Made it through my first year but still have a long way to go. Need to work on topdressing and grass seed variety for a much fuller look and plant health.
